Meet Tom Grayson
Tom Grayson is the Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit Golden Sierra Life Skills – Father and Family Center, an Auburn, California-based organization that helps fathers learn parenting, co-parenting skills, and anger management. Mr. Grayson focuses on healing, educating, and family reunification. The philosophy of the program is to fix the broken heart of man so he can fix the broken heart of his family. The organization has assisted more than 4,000 youth and over 6,000 father figures throughout Northern California with education, information, and support. In addition to his leadership role, Mr. Grayson provides consulting services to agencies and organizations on local, state, national, and international levels.
Mr. Grayson has spent over 30 years dedicated to his work in the field of life skills and prevention awareness. He is a master of his craft and passionate about his work, striving to educate and create positive impacts for all fathers, families, and children. Our Philosophy
“…I Give You My Broken Heart…”
When a man has a chance to learn how to fix his broken heart he can then open his heart to what it takes to transition from manhood to fatherhood, and have a positive impact on his children and family.
